I had the absolute pleasure of working with ECP for six years, and it has truly been the most amazing company to work for. Chantelle and Dan are incredibly supportive and accommodating, always treating their employees like family rather than just a number.
They consistently go above and beyond for everyone involved — both workers and participants — ensuring everyone feels heard and that outcomes genuinely suit all parties. I truly couldn’t think of anyone else I’d rather have in my corner.
If I weren’t moving interstate, I would have happily continued working with ECP for many more years to come. I’m incredibly grateful for my time there and can’t recommend them highly enough.
